I believe that if you feel icky inside your skin, ugly underneath your clothes or frustrated with your weight, you’ll never be free, happy and leaping to your full potential. I believe that feeling at peace with your body is every person’s innate right. I believe that feeling at home in your body is a can’t-miss element for every single person on this planet.
